Mr. Pustovit represents interests of Russian and foreign companies in a significant number of transactional legal matters in the areas of real estate, production, energetic, telecommunications, agriculture, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and restructuring, organizing of the project financing and realization of investment projects in Russia and CIS countries.

She specializes in spheres of business legal support and realization of investment projects; also she has an experience of working as a counselor on legal questions in foreign companies executing their business in Russia; represents clients’ interests in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitrage of all levels on family, labour, land, contractual disputes, disputes on protection of consumers as well as on copyright protection. She is an expert in the area of legislation on non-commercial organizations.

Mrs. Mariana Yagovkina has over 20 years of experience in the areas of real estate, securitization and land law. She is a counsel on real estate and the largest investment projects connected with acquisitions and realization of property rights, constructing, sales of commercial and production assets, privatization, converting enterprises into joint-stock companies as well as representing investors at tribunals.
Sergey Radchenko graduated with distinction from Kuban State University, Faculty of Law, in 2001.
In 2007, Mr Radchenko graduated from the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Jurisprudence under the Government of Russia (extramural postgraduate studies), where in 2008 he successfully completed his Ph.D thesis on the ‘Abuse of rights in Russian civil law’. Sergey has a Ph.D in Law.
Sergey is the author of the monograph ‘Abuse of rights in Russian civil law’ (Wolters Kluwer, 2009) and has had more than 50 articles published in leading legal journals in Russia.
In September 2008, Mr Radchenko was granted the status of advocate.
Sergey Radchenko specializes in complex precedential judicial litigations in the electric power and heat power industries, real estate and corporate law. He successfully completed a series of anti-raiding projects, which received significant public interest. Sergey has vast experience in consulting regional gas companies on the management of accounts receivable.

Pavel is experienced in forming commercial enterprises in Russia; he is actively engaged in the establishment of joint ventures and of holding companies in different countries. Mr Mayorov is a specialist in migration, corporate and commercial law, which enables him to provide comprehensive legal assistance to companies located in the Russian Federation with foreign capital and foreign management.
Pavel Mayorov provides legal advice in the sector of competition, licensing and certification as well as in the area of administrative, patent and labour law. He represents the interests of major retailers in disputes on the protection of consumers' rights.
Pavel has established a reputation as a highly experienced intermediary in business negotiations and round tables, as well as during the settlement of disputes.
Among Mr Mayorov’s most significant projects, those which particularly stand out are the legal analysis of legislature regulating the procedures for using forest land, as well as the due diligence of Abkhazia Republic’s civil legislation. Pavel is the co-author of the book «Recupero dei crediti internazionali» (IPSOA (Wolters Kluwer group), 2010).

Alexey Demekhin is a practicing trial lawyer with great experience in the legal monitoring of complex interconnected arbitration proceedings. Alexey specializes in commercial and corporate law and was engaged in projects on the restructuring of major holding companies, as well as on protection from raider attacks and protection of assets.
Mr Demekhin is extremely experienced in real estate, including above all, the construction, leasing, sale and mortgaging of land and buildings, as well as rights registration.
Alexey is the author of various articles and commentaries appearing in leading legal and business publications.

Kseniya is a legal practitioner in our corporate practice and has taken part in projects on the drafting of non-standard commercial contracts. She is experienced in conducting due diligence and in preparing internal documents for companies producing and distributing alcoholic products and operating in the spheres of construction and real estate. She represents the Clients’ interests in disputes on the protection of consumers’ rights, debt recovery and recognition of rights.
Before joining ABY, Kseniya Sorokina worked as a legal adviser for a major commercial enterprise in Moscow.
