An important component in our relationship with a Client is trust. This is formed not only through many years of professional legal assistance but also as a result of the successful completion of projects.  In addition, ABY has introduced the KYC (know your client) system in order to check our Clients and avoid a conflict of interests when receiving an order from the new Client.  Conflict check is the obligatory procedure before taking on a commission, which prevents the adoption of cases conflicting with the known interests of ABY Clients.  Additional guarantees of confidentiality are provided by Federal law № 63-FL from 31.05.2002: “On advocacy and bar associations in the Russian Federation”.
